LenderPro Overview
LenderPro is desktop software for direct commercial lenders - install on loan officer's, processor's and underwriter's computers and instantly have a fully integrated system for screening, originating, analyzing, underwriting and quoting commercial mortgage loans.

Step One:
From the Administration Menu, select the property type and then pre-select your underwriting parameters.

Step Two:

Input information about the Loan, Property and Building, build the Rent Roll to calculate PGI and Actual Vacancy, use the default Leasing Assumptions or set your own, and build the Operating Statement from historical data based on the MBA/CMSA Investor Reporting Package Guidelines to calculate the stabilized net cash flow.
